How to creat and save an html file on server.

When the button is clicked, I want a new html created with the file name of FileName.Text and the contents of htmlContent.
what would be the code? <asp:TextBox id="FileName" Text="myfile1" runat="server"/>
<asp:TextBox id="YourName" Text="Michael Jackson" runat="Server"/>
<asp:Button ID="btn" runat="server" Text="Make a file" />
