Any combination/permutation experts here?

Hi,
I get a list of Attribute-Value pairs for products i.e. List<ProductOption> listProductOptions. What I need to do is create product names based on these attribute-value pairs. The tricky part is that the number of attribute-value pairs per product is not set. In other words, some products may have 1 attribute-values pairs, others may have 10.
Here's an example that would demonstrate my point a bit better. Let's say my product is a tshirt.
Here's my attribute-value pairs:
Attribute Value Color Red Color White Color Blue Size S Size M Size L Size XL ...
