Response.Redirect and "sub-domains"

   Hi everyone, I start programing with Asp.NET and I'm having a problem with Reponse.Redirect().
   I'm using a host service with a "main" domain "www.mydomain.com.br" and I create a new domain ("domain2") for tests and "point it" to a sub-folder in my host like "/domain2"

   That's the problem. When I test my webapplication just "running" in my computer with VS works fine, when I upload the application in my host server, the Response.Redirect doesn't work like I expected. Ex:
