is there anybody that have answer to my problem below ?
I downloaded and run this sample : http://code.msdn.microsoft.com/aspnet4profile
It is a custom Profile provider that stores profile datas in a separate table and not serialyzed in the default one (aspnet_profile).
But it doesn't manage classes inherited from ProfileGroupBase . So I added a test class in the source code and project
and VS can see my group ("Test") when I type "Profile." in my test project.
My question is :
HOW to distinguish between a "classical" SettingsPropertyValue and a "Group" SettingsPropertyValue in my Custom Profile Provider and HOW to retrieve indiviual settings from the group ?
