If someone could point me to a link that describes the required logins in SQL Server 2005 one needs to create for this combination, I'd be very obliged.
My site allows anonymous access, with forms authentication required for certain pages, and I would like to avoid using the NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE account.
