Trying to collect Support materials to build my Project Architecture

Hi,

� I am working as a software developer, I have worked under good architect and gathered little knowledge about software structure now i am maintaining a application that is not having any organised structure. The project is build on WCF but i could not agree with the structure. So i do have one architeture in my mind but I am looking to build a scalable and more felxible architeture for my application.

So if you guys have any suggestioin where i can find references please let me know.

And also i wanted to know how a web service call find the hosting web service internal details like what happens and stuff.

� 

Someone explained me all those stuff but i wanted to document them so that it would be easier to understand when i am working.
