I am a beginner ASP.NEt programmer and made what is probably a rookie mistake. I spent the last two months designing an application with around 125 different lables that distinguish a field result from SQL queries or displays the dataset results. I positioned the labels using absolute positioning. I made the page 1024px wide. Now I realize that it has to adjust to varying screen resolutions. These controls are nested in panels - 8 in total. So the panels place with absolute positioning on the page and the nested controls positioned in relation to their inclusion in the panel the belong. I would be happy with the page displaying at centered given different resoltuions. Ulimately I would be most happy with all the elements adjusting to the size of the page size and resolution has it set to. Any suggestions on how I can accomplish this the easiest? Like I said I am a newbie, and what I gather relative positioning only works when all controls are using percentages rather then pixel size ...
