I have a asp.net 2.0 page with some data crunching on it. It has a bunch of yields calculated from a bunch of SQL database queries (each yield takes 2-4 queries). This page was working fine when my customer had only three different yields being calculated and updated in an AJAX update panel. However, now I have added another 3 yields and 12 other statistics to this page. I talked about putting it on another page, but that just isn't what he wants. With the other 3 yields, the page takes a bit more time to load but nothing unbearable. With the addition of the 12 statistics though (12 queries total), the load time or refresh time of the update panel is too long and/or timing out.
