How to show marquee in .aspx?

this is my layout ( have 3 controls in .aspx)




Save Button

txtMessage


txtMarguee

I have 3 controls in .aspx

when user enter text into txtMessage and click save button

then I want to show the text in txtShowReview as Marquee?



this is the syntax I found from internet
<marquee>message</marquee>

just wondering how to do that in .net?  

and would it possible change txtMarguee when txtMessage.Text changed without click save button?
