Displaying images

I have stored my images using a physical path stored in sql server db. Now I want to display the images, but I dont't know how to do so. I have stored my images like this:
path = "D:\\Downloads\\" + FileUpload1.FileName;
if (pic.HasFile)
{
FileUpload1.SaveAs(path);
}

Now what will be the code to display  the image?
