I have to capture the users name, and windows userid of a user who reads a pdf file.
I have already done a web application in which when users click on the link, it dispalys a aspx page (inside this page, a PDF file displays inside a inframe) There are 2 buttons on the bottom(Yes or no) .Users have to click either yes or no and the submit the page using asubmit button. The only way of closing the page after opening is through this submit button(i have disabled browser closing buttons). This works fine when the users access the application through their desktop. the problem is when some of the users access this application through citrix where the pdf file gives save/open dialogue box and displays in a separate window. On citrix it is set that all pdf files prompt open/save dialogue box and display in a seperate window.
Now my question is 1. is it possible to change the setting on Citrix so that pdf files dis play ...
