Positioninng controls within a "Panel"

 I am attempting to position a couple of label and textbox controls along with a button control within a panel with the "rounded corner" extender.  The controls appear in the correct spots in the "Design" view but are not positioned correctly in the "Show in Browser" view.  This is VS 2008.
