How to create dynamic pages?

I, i work in C#
It is posible create dynamic pages in aspx?
For example:
 
for(int i=0;i< 5;i++){
Page = new Page("MyPage"+Convert.ToString(i) + ".aspx")
}
And Generate Dynamic Code Behind and Html {or Copy paste Code Behind from template code }
