asp:RegularExpressionValidator expert required: MM/dd/yyyy

I have a asp:textbox and I want the date format to be exactly this : MM/dd/yyyy

Thats 01/09/2009 or 12/25/2009

Leading ZEROs are required for Month and Day.

 I see this example here for MM/DD/YYYY

([1-9]|1[012])[- /.]([1-9]|[12][0-9]|3[01])[- /.](19|20)\d\d

 So how do I tweak the above for MM/dd/yyyy

How do code for this ?? I have no idea ???
