I have a web-based application which uses Active Directory with FBA. Users can sign in and sign out.
Within the application, I have a link that takes users to another IIS web server. This web server lies within the same Windows domain, but has a different DNS domain name.
Both the IIS servers use the same Active Directory store.
The problem is, when users click on this link, they are prompted for the login credentials again. Is there anyway possible I can automatically authenticate the current user's credentials against the second IIS server.
 Something like...
(page.aspx)
<asp:LinkButton onclicked="authenticate" Text="MyLink" runat="server"/>

(page.aspx.cs)
protected void authenticate(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
    FormsAuthetication. ...

Go to the complete details ...
