I have what I trust is a small problem. After re-installing Visual Web Developer Express, I can't seem to create the ASP.NET Configuration file. Upon starting configuration, and choosing the "Security" tab I'm told that I'm Unable to connect to SQL Server database. I next choose a data store, click on Single Provider... and test the AspNetSqlProvider, I'm told to run aspnet_regsql.exe and that process seems to work fine. When I go back to the configuration process, however, I'm right back where I started and the same process starts over again. I can't get a proper configration file created.
