how to access network resources like printers

I have use Forms Authenctication in my application.

I want to print reports from my application.

I want to access network printers from my application for printing.

I can see all printers install (including network printers) in control Panel--> Printers and Faxes.
I can also get all printers(including network printers) using
System.Drawing.Printing.PrinterSettings.InstalledPrinters

when i run application from Visual Studio but can not see after publishing application on the same PC.

 

Please reply urgent.

Is it something related to Impersonation.
