soap call to message brokers in java

Hi,

 

 I am working on a migration from VB6 to .Net framework 3.5 for windows application. I need to test the soap call from .Net framework to java message brokers for user logged in, need to authenticate and  authorize and gets response from server. I was just wondering how to accomplish this in .Net. Any help in this regard appreciated.
