Advise on a incoming traffic tracker

Hi,

I have some experience in .NET development (VB.NET / C#) but I am really new to ASP, I need to store incoming traffic of a futur website into log file (a bit like W3C ISS log).

Can you tell me if the script I have written in Global.asax should work properely and with good performance for a high traffic website. It's a bit hard to test it as the website is not online yet.

Maybe there is some detail to review, but it's the main idea I have had to do the job.
