how to import Web Reference from another Web Project

dear friends

one of my collegue already created one web reference.Now he has sent me the project with that Reference file. This Webproject with web ref
is working fine with my machine.

Now how can I use that Web Reference file with my project. When I have tried to import the Web Reference thru the following
am unable to get any Web reference from my machine, I have tried the following way :

Solution Explorer -> Right mouse -> Add Web Reference -> Web Services on the local machine but am unable to get any web reference

Is that I have to create once again that Web Reference. Can't i Import the reference from another project. am using vs2005 c#
