I keep encountering this error "Could not load file or assembly 'App_Web_xilg0xlk, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. ".
This microsoft article describes the problem I'm experiencing, a known bug. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/922621. They have a suggested workaround for the problem but I don't understand exactly how to implement the workaround. The code below shows the class that's causing the problem. The class is part of a WCF project. When I encounter the error, ie. going to the .svc page for the service, I make a change to this file and run the .svc page again and the problem is resolved. The article suggests a workaround to "define the data types that are used for personalizable properties". I don't understand what this means exactly. Can someone please explain what I'm supposed to do to fix the problem.
