Hi,
I'm currently using System.Diagnostic.Process() to open up an application that
converts a word document into an html file, but in the process ... a separate html file
is created in the same directory as the word file.
When stepping through the code, all executes fine! The process executes and exits then
returns to the application but the only problem is that the file had not been created.
- I set file permissions for the IUSR, IIS_USRS, and NETWORK SERVICES (oh by the way, I'm using Vista Ultimate and VS 2008)
to have read and write access to the directory but to no avail.
- I also tried Impersonation of an administrative user ... again to no avail.
- I also tried to explicitly set the username and password of the System.Diagnostic.Process.StartInfo of an administrative user inside code ... again to no avail.
I read somewhere that no matter what, when you open a process from within ...

Go to the complete details ...
