I'm new to ASP.NET as you will notice, but I was looking for some advice on how to get started.
We're using a web hosting program (Turbomeeting). We would like to authenticate the webhosting program against our active directory and return a XML file. Turbomeeting would basically send a URL with the user name and pass (SSL), the URL would then be parsed, authenticated and data returned via XML.

Any ideas on how to start would be appreciated.
