TreeView Initialization Code

I am trying to run this code segment to populate a tree view control. The compiler flags the

Treeview1_TreeNodePopulate(TreeView1, TreeNodeEventArgs.Empty);
statement that it has some invalid arguments. I put that statement together to call the Treeview1_TreeNodePopulate sub. I guess that I'm not sure how really to call it. TreeView1 is the name of my treeview control. Thanks, Dave
Also do you know where I can get some code to show me how to populate a treeview from a database? Thanks.
