Authorization Issue in web.config file

Hi All,
I developed a web application which contains some sensitive data. I want only few people can access it. So in my web.config file
<authentication mode="Windows"/>
   <authorization>
       <allow users="Management\Jpeters"/>
       <allow users="Management\Tplantier"/>
       <allow users="Development\Krish"/>
       <deny users="*"/>
    </authorization>


This is working fine locally. But when I deployed the code to the server I am getting the below error. How can I fix this Issue?
