asp:Panel and IE issue.

 Hey people,
I have a weird issue with asp:Panel. This is what's happeneing:
I have a Button that fires and event to make an asp:Panel visible=true. The event IS firing and in FireFox the panel is visible. Although, in IE the panel appears for a split second and then disappears. I have this event throughout my web app but there is only one page that I am getting an issue with. Here is my code on the aspx page:
