PasswordRecovery Control Sending two Seperate Emails Simultaneously

Can someone help me i'm stuck with the below stated problem.
PasswordRecovery Control Sending two seperate emails when recovering the user's password.
Firstly it sends "Customized email" that contain the new generated password.
Secondly it sends (The default email generated by the PasswordRecovery control) that contain last/previous password used the the User.
I want the control to send only the new generated password to the user's email address
Here's the code i have written below:
