Accessing a programmatically created LinkButton

I have created several LinkButtons programmatically.
During PostBack, I have retrieved the ID of the LinkButton that has been clicked.
Using this ID, how do I access this LinkButton?  Is it something like (in VB please):
Dim MyLinkButton as LinkButton = CType(what goes here?, LinkButton)
Your help would be much appreciated.
