Saving Dynamically created table data for postback

I am dynamically creating a table and populating the cells with data from multiple  tables. The build works fine but when I try and make changes and then refernce those changes in the code behind it does not know about the table because it was created dynamically. I have searched all kinds of posts about tis and tried different ideas but I can't get any of them to work.
how do I save the table off after it is created?
