Suppose I am sitting at my work station/laptop, and have two instances of my web application running. As an example, one instance is running in google chrome, and the other in IE9. Basically these two applications will be sharing the same sessions variables.
I need to determine when the last instance of the web application is closed, and then clear the session variables. Is their a way to keep a count on the number of instances of a web applicaiton running, and then to clear the session variables when the very last instance of the web application is closed? If so, how can I do this?
