create control dynamically in place holder but when postback all lost ?

 hi. i want to create a few textbox dynamically in place holder but when i created and click on btn and use findcontrol to retrive input data that created dynamically  storing data in db , i will receive an  error like this : 
Object reference not set to an instance of an object
