After doing a bit of reading and using:
SYSTEM.SECURITY.CRYPTOGRAPHY.MD5CryptoServiceProvider
to store a user's password. I had one question come to mind and I'm sorry but I haven't tested it yet.
When I move the webservice from my machine to the live machine will I still be able to decode the passwords which I've stored already or will I have to start over with them. Basically, I'm curious if something specific to my machine is being used to generate the encryption?
