error while deleting a file from folder : the current file is being used by another process

hi all!!

       Im fetching a file and stoting it in a folder in my application...then im sending that file as attachment in a mail..

once the mail has been sent, i m deleting all the files from that folder..but the problem is , i could not delete all the files..

it says an error that, the current file is being used by another process...can anyone say me the solution or an alternate solution...
