Pease Help Pass the Membership.GetUser() Value

 Hello,
I am fairly new to asp.net 3.5's Features, I am having an issue passing a Logged  User's "UserID" Value  in to an new insert statement. I am able to insert new records but can not get the UserID field to populate.
Here is the code I am trying to pass.
