Filtering GridView (PS.: Its a 3 tier aplication)

Hi All,
I need to Filter an GridView in my Asp.net Page.
Problem: I have one Bussiness Layer, one DataAcess Layer and one Presentation Layer.
I was searching how to do the filtering with ObjectDataSource but I had no sucess.
In my DataAcess its an NHibernate. and my Bussiness return a List<Class> that its used for DataSource (But that can change if needed).
Any Sugestion?
