Hi, I have asp.net website and using Windows authentication.
Now on my Login Page, bydefault I have to display the window's logged in username and his logged in domain name. But its always showing the Application Pool Identity name and domain. I tried a lot and still could not get it so can someone please help me with this?
IMP Note: I have to keep a specific domain user for my application pool identity because of specific permissions given to that user.
Here is my application senario. I configured my website and checked "Allow Anonymous" and "Integrated Windows Authentication". I defined one application pool and assigned a domain user as its identity.
