Application End

I can't seem to find the class that would allow me to subscribe to the application end event. I don't want to use the Global.asax as I need to subscribe to this code in my DAL.

Anyone able and willing to point me to where the Application End event is located?
Yes I know making my DAL aware of ASP isn't the correct thing to do, but at the moment this is what I have to work with.
