Hi i have a contact page and on the page there is a button and textboxes for visitors to submit their opinions, questions etc. and a flash movie that shows a map. There are two types of visitors: ordinary visitors and admins. I used session state for this. If the session is null then it is an ordinary visitor; otherwise it is an admin. But there is nothing related with session state on the contacts page. The problem is that when a visitor clicks on the submit button it does not work as if there is a validator. Nothing happens. If user logins as an admin then the button works properly but this time another problem shows up. The flash movie disappears. I placed button in an updatepanel in order to prevent reloading of the total page and the flash movie is out of that updatepanel. Whether in or out of the updatepanel, flash movie problem is the same. Can you please help me about this?
