I have this application that has been consuming NOAA?s web service for quite some time and all of a sudden (no code changes) it is getting an error (shown at the bottom). I checked to see if the web service has changed and it seems it has not. But I am not 100% sure, can?t find any info that is. I have asked our network/security group to see if there were any changes done but have not heard back from them yet. In the mean time I have looked over the code, re-added the Web Reference to the web service and it still gets this new error. Other than I forgot to trap this error I don?t see what the problem is. It?s like it is getting blocked or something but I have looked at it too long and need some help.
