Error accessing webservice - "Error executing child request for handler 'System.Web.UI.Page'"

Hi All,
I am calling a webservice which returns rss feeds from a user control. While doing so, I am getting the error [Error executing child request for handler 'System.Web.UI.Page']

The code is as follows:
