CRM with VOIP Phone

Hi all, i wanna do CRM system with my penny knowledge. when customer call my office, my web page will activate alert who is calling and what is their history. i know that i have to use SIP based IP phone. i want to use microsoft platform to develop. do i need to set up any server for this ? if yes, pls suggest me how should i do ?
