Problems on Customizing the CreateUserWisard control by adding more fields.

Hi Everybody
 
The default  CreateUserWisard control creates these input textboxes:  Username, Password, Confirm password, E-mail, Security Question, security Answer and the equivalent fields in ASPNETDB.mdf database.
