aspx timeout but not SP

Hi,
(the below is on my local PC)

When I run my Stored Procedure via Query Analyser it takes 1-2secs. When I create an aspx page calling this stored procedure my page keeps timing out after a while. A simple call in PAGE LOAD, nothing else, no binding even.

It was doing the same yesterday but then in the afternoon it actually started to work. This morning it keeps timing out.

I've increased the IIS request setting in asp.net, also I increased the command timout. However, i shouldn't need to do this as the sproc takes only 1-2 seconds in QA.
