I would like to be able to call this function to replace the page number parameter in my querystring, however I am hopeless at regex and I really should read up on it. However when I call this function it modifies the param correctly but truncates my the rest of my url string.
The idea here is to call ReplaceURLValue("www.myfakeapp.com?Page=1&opt1=A&opt2=B", "Page", "2")
and get "www.myfakeapp.com?Page=2&opt1=A&opt2=B"
