create control type with type.gettype

I did have a thread for this but it was closed before resolved.
Im beuild a form validation tool where validation rules can be input into a SQL table and then this table is used to reference fields for different purposes.
The form always has the same controls but dependant on what is being done with the data different validatin checkes need to be performed.
Im trying to be able to cast a control with one peace of code with data from a table (field name and type).
