Pop up window with a list box

Hi!
I have a asp.net page which contains parameters for the report generation. Now, what i want is  to create a pop up window when the parameter label is clicked. I want only parameter label to display but not the listbox. As i am using listboxes for the parameter selection now, i want this pop up window contain a list box populated with the data from the datasource. This helps user to select the list item and close the pop up window. Also, i want the selected list items passed into the main page to get the report output.




Help plz....i am in dilemma
