Here is what i am trying to do using ASP.net and C# -
Build a Command line Client application (using c#) that Submits user/password from the Client machine and if authorized opens the page on the web site that should be visible only to Authorized users.
I can probably submit the details to a Server aspx url and on Server side perform user/password check but after that how do i open the pages on Client machine that should be visible only after the user/password check and how do i make sure they can not be accessed by skipping the user/password check.
I am new to these technologies so want to check if this is possible before i invest time on it. Any links that you can refer....
