Home button not working

I have an application where I have placed an image button on everypage so that it can redirect them to main page.but

 

Response.Redirect("../mainwindow.aspx") is not working.I have a session hander.now if i use

Dim Logged_In As String
Logged_In = Session.Item("LOGGED_IN")
If Logged_In Is Nothing Then< ...
