datediff between derverdate and clientdate dates

 I want to know the diff between server date and client date
 
I wrote this code:
   var serverTime='<%=DateTime.Now.ToString() %>';
    var clientDate =new Date();
 
how i get the results between the 2 dates
(like +5.5, -6.3 etc)
