Needing a little help with this form

I hope I am in the right thread for this question.  On the above link I am having a small issue with the position of the body area in Firefox.  The left Recent Items section is fine however on some pages, the right of the Recent Items is pushed down which leaves a big white space on the page.  I am not sure if it is something within the ASP page for in the CSS code.  Could someone please try and point me to the right place to have this fixed?
Thanks in Advance.
